Trending @Accenture; How can I get an early release?

So my manager doesn't have any issues with early release and even the senior management is okay with it once the handover is done. Because we just completed a release and next release is late so I won't be available then anyways.

I talked to SM regarding this he said he is okay but they can't do it from their end I have to talk to exit manager. Although he warned that exit manager usually doesn't allow early release if it's not for future education or medical reasons. I'm doing a job switch so will I get it if I'm being honest?
