Trending @Accenture; How can I find a different project and switch to it ?

I have been in a project for 4 months and I have not been assigned any work yet . Neither i have received a project charge code to use . I feel not getting a work in a project will negatively affect my profile if I don't get work experience in a project I won't get hikes nor will I be able to get good work experience. So I am think of switching project . What do you guys suggest. What is the procedure ? ( I am just a fresher )
