How can I deal with 90 days notice period

I think get release on RMG is quicker but yes you would face this. What I had done is through referral applied in service based companies with 3+ notice and try to get some offer their even with low package and then resign and then hope and try to get a better offer or counter offer.. first first is very crucial for NP.

Talk to your HR and Manager strictly or ask to match the max offer you are getting from other company.
