You should raise your concern strongly with your Manager, because you are eligible for promotion. We are promoting 2/3 CL 10 resources who has MAL around 30 months in current cycle.

I joined at CL9 on 2021 Nov, still now no promotion/hike despite of good feedback. CTC around 18 LPA. WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!
