Trending @HCL; How can I bypass my contract with HCL as my clients wants me to work for them through other company and ready to pay eye opening package.

You got to check the labour laws wherever you are, the contractual terms and conditions. Resign HCL and join the other company / clients but you won’t be allowed to work on the same project but another one. I have seen such type of arrangements happen during my stint at another service company. But don’t resign before the other company or client gives confirmation. Else you will be left in limbo.

There is nothing like bypass. You would need to resign first.

First resign , then immediately ask for buyout from HR, that will involve cost..

Then move to a county where Indian labour laws are not applicable,

Since your package is Eye opening, both above cost should be taken by the client.
