Hi,
I am a software engineer with around 4 years of experience working in a small service based company. My current salary is 8.4lpa. I am working on Magento 2. I have basic knowledge in React Js. No DSA or System Design knowledge.
How can acheive my goal of making 24lpa within 1 year. Can anyone give me the path which I can follow to acheive my goal?

I managed to pull it off once (~2021). Got from 7.9LPA to 29LPA(26fixed) in a product company remote. At the time of applying I had 3 years full stack and 2 more years as frontend with WordPress experience.
I worked as MEAN stack developer in a service based company, learnt React.. did a bunch of projects back to back.. day and night and weekends.. even tutored for 3 months as a MERN/MEAN stack trainer (2 students)
In current market I just started new job this month but I barely had 2 offers until my last working day
The highest jump was most likely due to the market but I believe I didn't get the offer directly from ~8 to ~29
Interviewed for a lot of companies and offers against offers and had a lucky breakthrough.
It is doable for certain.

I would say start focusing on one skill for e.g. React or some backend framework like Springboot and master it. Create some projects in it and host it somewhere. Make your resume stand out with such projects. Also, don't think of getting a 25L offer from the start. Start giving interviews and get a hike of 40-50% from one company and once you resign get multiple offers from other companies. You'll surely achieve close to 70-80% or even higher based on your skills. All the best!
