0.5 * Base pay * VP% * (chargeable days for the cycle / total days in the cycle)

For November payout - cycle is from 1st March - 31st August

For May payout - cycle is from 1st September - 28th/29th February

Base pay is of entire 12 months.. when did you join? How many months did you serve … Also if you are at L10 or below your bonus will be given twice I.e., Basepay/2 * 8% for this cycle and Basepay/2 * x% in next June cycle

8% is for 2 cycle so this cycle you will get 4% of fixed pay. You'll get 100% of announced 4% only if your chargeability is also 100%
