How your employer support you on this. Whats the premium looks like, is any co-pay or room cap limit.

35k Inc taxes.
Sum insured : 3 lac Room limit: 1 percent for normal admission, 1.5 for icu.
There in no co-pay as such, but the 3k limit on room makes it difficult for Bengaluru hospitals.
this is very less please get a top up of around 50 lacs should cost around 4k
Seriously 3 lac??? I think It's not sufficient, at least it should be around 20l. Wanted to know your thoughts on this.
Please do share what's the cover you have taken. Also, do you look only for claims settlement ratio or are there any other factors that were considered while finalizing?
