Trending @Accenture; How are you guys beating 90 days notice period?

Title.

I'm SDE, with 4 YoE at an MNC. Yesterday, I spoke to a HR and she said my CV was the most easiest to read and really impressed with my communication skill. But when she wrote my CV to her seniors, they needed someone who can join on 7 to 15 days even when I put my notice is 30-45 days( actual notice period is 90).

How do you geys getting around this 90 days notice period?
