How are you getting the calls for job from FAANG companies? Naukri and other job portals don’t seem to be working these days 🤔

Yeah because FAANG has other companies too..not just Google. What is working to get into other FAANG companies?? My friend had referred me in Google but this was the first time referral worked for me..previously I always got the job calls through Job portals but I dint think they are of any use these days
