Trending @Accenture; How are you all dealing with low increments and negligible VP?

Are you planning on switching jobs / have started looking outside ? Or only planning on matching performance with salary?

Forget matching performance with salary. Since I am a prime example of trying to do that. And in return i got promotion with peanuts (15%). So i would recommend to rule out that last option
