How are working married couples managing house chores?

Like cooking, cleaning and etc chores... especially when both wife and husband are working... If you are not married yet, what would be your preference?

Wife does

Husband does

Hired Maid

Both split work 50:50

According to what I heard, people mostly get a cook. Cleaning can be manageable I guess, and for cooking part you can monitor them for that while They won't leave kitchen anyways As for maid, regardless of their genuineness we have to monitor

Hire Maid & cook - if we both are earning and we can afford that then why not , split remaining chores 50-50 , she can pick chores she’s good at like interior design , home essentials and i can bring groceries and pay bills etc , share your chores
