How are the opening for salesforce developer currently with 7 yoe

I am fed up with my project literally working 14 hours per day and this is continuously happening for a week in every month. Once in 3 months I am joining new projects in same account and no time for family. No hike no recognition and torture in name of promotion which never happens or may happen in 2 years. I joined 3 years back in cts and I want to somehow get out of this org but wanna check how the positions are out there for salesforce developers? Any suggestion would be helpful and appreciated.
