How are the data analyst roles in TCS ?

I have experience in java related technologies bt havve good exposure to sql . Handled 2-3 small scale data migration projects.. also good exposure to maintain complex banking applications.. so analysis is good..i am thinking to switch to data analyst role starting with powerBI developer. Please give suggestions , technologies needed to learn ? How to approach RMG to switch the role? How is the wprk pressure ? Can I get internal projects first so that i can get real experience then slowly i cam move to complex projects requirements.
