How are so many MBA's and CA's so good at negotiations.
I have been looking at some companies in the startup space, they have some of the most remarkable people working, who are plain and simple the best, but how?
I am not saying with respect to management/financing/accounting but NEGOTIATIONS.
These guys negotiate hard and good, but how? Couple say they went to BITSoM and they learned negotiations, some say they got some tutelage under experienced mentors from Singapore University.
CA's are one the most capable in these fields, is there a course/book that I can learn from for business strategies and negotiations to further my corporate ranking.
Please don't recommend experience and patience that is such a cop-out answer

Is this for job offers or in general corporate negotiations?

Corporate negotiations, business strategies and financial strategies

Simply comes naturally dealing with folks during auditing (getting data from client itself is a huge negotiation) and theoretical knowledge in the entirety of syllabus which always helps with financial indicators, numbers which mean a lot in bigger entities

You need to start from a position of power. The people you mentioned most likely have good degrees. Helps a lot with negotiation.
Otherwise there's not much extra to it. Just go learn to haggle in shops, it's basically the same thing.
