On what basis nomination is done for these awards and what type of recognition is it ? Do we get any voucher or just recognition?

They'll give RP points, but even I'm not sure on what basis they give.
Coz last time one of my team member got the award, but our lead usually says that he is not good/won't be available etc etc. Still he received pinnacle award.
