Trending @Accenture; How are people with 3 years and less getting level 10?
Recently 2 new folks joined my team one with 3 yoe and another with 2.5 yoe. And it’s hardly been weeks since they joined Accenture. Why are they getting level 10? These people don’t even know basic git clone. And I know people who have joined in 2021/22/23 with 3+ yoe and still got level 11.
Are even getting paid according to their levels?
FYI they switched from MNCs
- They might have joined as lvl 11 (as a fresher) and got promoted to lvl 10.
- They might have joined as lvl 12 got their 1st promotion within 6 months(tech leap) and would have got another promotion in the next 2 years.
FYI your second assumption is wrong... No one gets a promotion within 6 months of joining... There are certain rules to be followed for that fast track promotion... Firstly the individual has to clear the tech leap either school 1,2 or 3... Secondly they need to complete the ATCI year 1 and year 2 training and 3rd they have to be in a project for more than 6 months
I joined with 3 at lvl 10. Paid - 9.5+ ,for some 12 and even 15+ also as a lateral.

They switched, even I have 3.5 YOE and recently joined as a Level 10.
U could also level up like same if u switch
