Again stereotyping. I don't even own a hockey stick.... I do own a few baseball bats but that's for um well um... self defence! Yes self defence

Because, chakhna eaters suffer.

During parties when bill is split unfairly and now when the disease is split unfairly too.

Trust me, it gives immense pressure being the only guy who never drinks but you have the sole responsibility of the entire group

Hey @BiryaniEnthu female body can't handle alcohol as much as male.body can handle. This is the way human body is. May be you can Google about alcohol limits for the gender and see the difference.. seems like females have a lower limit.. and some how you have reached that.

Though this can be due to other reasons as well. We are engineers. Consult a doc. He can tell you whats exactly wrong

But I don't drink at all @Kiterestu
Handle ka concern hi nahi aata

Do you consume lot of refine oil / palm / vegitable oil ?. These contains fat that can only be broken down at the temp of 46-50c , which i don't think human body can reach normally. I suggest to replace them with mustard oil or some other good oil.

@BiryaniEnthu maybe consider becoming part-time vegetarian, everyday chicken/mutton relatives have faced liver problems due to rich diet.

Obviously doctors would know more, I'm just sharing my general observations.

I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver, without even drinking liquor. Realised it was a side effect of vitamin B and D deficiency. After 6 months it's back to normal.

Also some regulation on your diet doesn't hurt.

JazzyBurrito
JazzyBurrito

Any reason why were you deficient in vit B and D?

BubblyPretzel

Vitamin D - not enough exposure to sunlight Vitamin B - poor eating habits

What you probably have is NAFL (non alcoholic fatty liver disease). Extremely common in India and surrounding carb heavy Indian diet + low exercise. Add Swiggy / zomato to the mix and you’re wiping 10 yrs from your liver health.

A lot of people do get liver problems and liver failure from alcoholic fatty liver disease. It's just that they quietly stop posting here one day, and you never realize that they're gone forever. 😢
