How am I gonna switch to another job when I have a notice period of 3 months in Accenture?

I'm already getting salary that's below the industry level. And my promotion is not happening since two years even after they say this time I'll get promoted and no hikes too. I'm getting way too frustrated now.

Almost all the hiring managers want immediate joiners. Then having a notice period of 90 days, how will I manage this? Can't leave my current job without having any offer in hand, and no hiring managers will wait for 3 months. How should I manage this situation.

That’s the way out of trap.

  1. Have a backup plan (finance some 3month of living)
  2. Trust yourself, put up the papers.
  3. Work hard, get out

Theoretically speaking you can save up your leaves and get an additional 30 days cut from your notice period instead of cashing them out. But it would mean that you have to convince the hr

Alright buddy here is what you should do, you need to say official notice is 30 days or 60 days at worst and need to convince yout manager to release you early saying you will complete all the task given early and explicitly mention you wont take up tasks during notice period. Do it by hook or by crook if getting early release means doing his chore, do it. Or if push comes to shove tell if not released early you would put medical.
