No matter how pro actively you work your @ off ! No matter how much extra hours you put. No matter how much patience you show.
Accenture will not acknowledge any of it. Give no hike or promotions. But, at the same time will hire someone laterally with a higher package.

So damn true!!! Worst company ever to work for. i joined as a freshers and They forced me to resign after with 1.10 years by putting me into PIP. The HR, Manager and Supervisor all were in on it. No-one cared even though I worked my @$$ off even on weekends.
So true. I guess after yesterday, somewhere we all "Accenturians" can relate and empathise with Yogi Ji. Somewhere also learnt this thing that life is unfair, and it is unfair with everyone, we are not alone.🥲
