Trending @Accenture; how Accenture behaved with lvl 10,11,12 during Covid and 2008 crisis?

I had a talk with person who’s in global corporate finance and he said that IT and tech are in very critical situation for next two years. He said conditions are like 2001 dotcom and 2008 financial crisis but this time it’s impact will be less especially in India and he was confident that Indian will be less impacted but impact will be there.

If I believe him what do you feel chances of layoff in Accenture for career level 10,11,12.

Can someone tell me how Accenture behaved during corona with lvl 10,11,12 and in 2008 crisis.
