How about taking an external paid course in cloud and AI/ML, will it help me to switch company, i want to get out from TCS, any suggestions

In which part you want. First learn cloud and find support project in another company
Then go for intermediate.
Then decide you want gen ai, ml or devops or network engineer. Then move as per that

That is my question also which course is best to take or go for full time m.tech for more marketable skills
