What is the pay ceiling you’d think in product at your company? I mean say the VP of product where you might eventually get to will bring in how much?

I lead the product team here, and report to the founder directly, hence not sure how much they’d pay for a senior role, something like a VP. I DO know that the amount they are paying me is much more than they had to, they have given me tremendous hikes in the last 2-3 years since I joined. That is partially also because I was incredibly underpaid in my previous job, I still think the pay is not at par with what I can command in the market, but I get a lot of freedom here, have a good work life balance, and a lot of influence in the org in general, and I also see an upside with the esops that if I stick around for 2-3 more years, I think it would make sense financially. Time will tell

I have some non tech experience from previous as well hence CTC is not higher. Yes this is inclusive of RSU
