I don’t see your point. Is this to justify the peanuts everyone gets in the company? Or is this to show how there is a chance for everyone to get a bigger salary?
If we are going to speculate, google,meta all pays more than TCS. Why don’t everyone join there.

So here is the roadmap
This guy joined as a fresher at 3.36, LPA in TCS
And then he cleared the digital profile exam, and TCS give him the hike of 8.6 LPA
Then he get a band and top performer and raise his salary around 9+ LPA
then he get promoted from C2 to ITA and hike will increase around 11 LPA
Again, he had become top performer and take the agreement and reached near to 12 LPA
Now he clears the wings to, and will get the increment letter of wings to program and reached near to 13 LPA
He is having total experience of six years. All experience is of TCS as he is a TCS homegrown.
