Don’t do sip with home loan. First clear your home loan with part payment ASAP otherwise you may loose your home as IT job is not at all secure you can be laud offf any time with just one teams call

Pay emi + invest remaining in sip + withdraw your sip every year and use that fund to make some part payment, so that will reduce your emi or tenure whichever you prefer. Helps in saving some interest.

Thanks much for your input!! But every year withdrawal will be god enough for gilt funds or any debt instrument., as equity can’t expected much returns on each year

It depends on what kinda person you are. Are you someone who's afraid of having loans on your back? Then pay principal every month. But do check with your bank if they allow you to pay principal every month Are you ok with loan for 15-20 years? Then keep doing SIP

If possible do a sip of 4200 for the remaining 20 yrs. And the interest cost will be like waived off. And will get more

If you have 50k extra, and are confused, just split it. 25k into principal repayment, 25k into SIP. This ensures you don't feel bad if markets go up or down.

If you don't mind me asking which find you use to invest in?

My suggestion : Pay emi and invest rest and withdraw the earnings once in a while and pay that amount on principal once in every year
