House Hunting in NCR: Wallet vs Reality

Lately, I’ve been actively looking to buy a house, and honestly, the property prices in Noida and Noida Extension feel extremely inflated. Spending crores on a relatively small 3BHK apartment just doesn’t seem practical or affordable anymore.

I’ve heard that property rates in Faridabad are still comparatively reasonable when measured against Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad. Wanted to check here, does anyone have insights on current flat or duplex prices in Faridabad? Which sectors are considered better and more liveable?

Also, genuinely curious, how liveable is Faridabad today in terms of infrastructure, connectivity, water, safety, and overall quality of life?

Would really appreciate inputs from people who’ve explored or are living there.

Buying flats is not an option anymore. Waste of money. Flast are not for buying. Best is to stay on rent.

Keep your investments (SIP/Stocks.. whateevr) running in parallel... abd then buy an independent house after when youre 35 years of age .
