House hunt in Hyderabad

I'm moving to Hyderabad for my new job and looking for an affordable 1 BHK near hitech city. Any recommendations where I should start my search from. I am looking in a radius of 10 km. My budget for 1 BHK is at max 15k. Will I get a house in this budget? Also, I'm in Bangalore as of now and everyone must be aware of security deposits of houses in Bangalore, is it the same in Hyderabad too? Which and all areas should I search houses where I can get a good house with no security concerns ? Also safety is a priority, money is adjustable. Also what's the average rent for 1 BHK in Hyderabad?
