House hunt (2bhk) for family.

Hey folks, sorry for posting it here but i urgently need help with a 2 bhk for family in November because my parents are shifting with me . Any help or lead will be highly appreciated.

Preferences :

Location: Bellandur, Marathahalli, Hsr, Kormangla Good ventilation and natural light Good Water and power supply in summer ( back up ) Lift since my parents are old so will be needed Some area for plants

Budget: like middle class one ( not a premium guy)
