hours you are working daily for your employer?

I do work 10 hours. The client pays to my employer for 7 hours and pays me directly for rest of the 3 hours.

Working from 8am-2am most of the days

2hrs + 1 hr meetings

Where is the 3 hrs option?

Your employer is great there is no option for more than 18 hours

Sometimes it's 4 hours, usually 8, rarely it's 12

You end up working beyond decided hours, especially in an Indian environment

3-4 hours. Some days when calls are more, then 5-6 hours.
