Hours in office

Is there any prblm in hours of office in only tap in office only 0-3hrs and rest of day work from home doing from last 2 month not got any warning till now from manager as manager sits in different location will it create prblm in future??

Yes if you have dedicated odc then will be a problem

Currently there is no dedicated odc of the project but all members sits in open odc

It could create a problem if Account HR wants to, coz all these are account dependent Only 9 hours is safe to be honest. 9 hours zero output is better than 0-3 and 200% output That’s how it is now
