Hosting website

I wish to host a website(personal work for a relative), can you guys guide on how to do it? Also what would be the cost? It'd be a simple static website with a google form in an hyperlink. I'd like to make a google ad for the same website. Help/suggestion is appreciated. Thank you.

Take a website from GoDaddy and use GitHub to host, GitHub hosting is very easy,, create your html css and test in local, if successful , host it, for reference
