Hospital Advice for delivery

Anyone who chose Apollo or Rainbow hospital for delivery? Wanted to understand if they follow the concept of:

1. Golden Hour after birth,
2. Membrane Sweep for normal delivery,
3. Episiotomy, etc.

It seems few of these are not followed strictly in most Indian hospitals. Want to get a sense of how these hospitals are doing.

For context: My wife will be first time Mom in late 3rd Trimester. Currently, we are consulting in Rainbow Hospitals. We want to finalise a hospital for delivery asap.
