Very good..if you are in TCS even with all A bands you will not reach this salary even after 10 years

Designation is good for 5 years of experience,but check for you are satisfied with good package..once you come into TCS.. hikes and promotions will be less I feel.. based on that you can decide.. I prefer keep TCS as retirement company.. if you have good skills ..better to go for other offers as well
