Horrible HR's 😡

I'm nearing my LWD in TCS which is less than 10 days from now and my HR clearance is still pending. I pinged the HR in teams and sending daily followup mails but not even receiving single reply from her, what stopping her to provide me a reply with a tentative date for HR clearance which don't even consume her 2 minutes of time!! How horrible and pathetic the HR service is. Why they aren't care about employee concern?? It's been almost a week since i'm following up for HR clearance but didn't even received a single response.

Just wondering is it happens only in TCS or same across all companies.
