
Hope all received Diwali bonus as QVA. Use it to enjoy Diwali.. Gave the lowest QVA ever . 100% WFO . 67% deduction..

How they can cut this much?? I also have 100% WFO though received merely 35%. Who to ask and will it have any effect?

This is the Diwali Dhamaka. 33% bonus for 100 WFH. Bonus bomb exploded before Diwali. And still people expect the associates to be motivated and come to office 100%. No one is understanding the implicit meaning. The management is indirectly telling the associates to leave the company if they want to.

Shame on TCS….no goodies nothing at all and boasts profits on all social media platforms, Bonus percentage decreased. Does charity and all for showoff but when it comes to paying employee, pays as low as possible like we all are some joke to management. Guess its the beginning of an end…..already feeling the loss of Ratan Tata Sir and his values. But at the end, HAPPY DIWALI to all my TCS buddies! sooner or later light wins over darkness. :-)

They have given 46% variable pay for C3A. I don't know what to do with that much money. Hoping to buy a luxury car

Same but I see a difference in miscellaneous section compared to previous months.if I consider that as qva I got only 50% . I don’t have even 60% rto but linking pay to in office hours is shit!

People who received qva, will it be performance bonus in payslip or any other name?
Shameful behavior from TCS, cutting variable pay down to a pathetic 50-60% right before Diwali. This isn't just disappointing; it's a slap in the face to every employee who’s sacrificed their time and energy for this company. TCS shows no respect for its people – pure greed, plain and simple. While the company profits soar, employees are left struggling, especially during a festive season.
