Trending @Accenture; Honest opinion. But I feel exiting Accenture is the best course of action for my career right now. I can see leads growing but not us. Hell!

The company has been of flight mode in terms of growth for employees. Hire and fire culture in a subliminal state, where you just make the lives of employees so bad, that they quit themself and you keep hiring cheaper talent. We are getting single digit to no appraisals after two years, and the MD has taken 3 promotions in 2 years. At a quarterly level they say we are doing excellent, only when the yearly discussions come into play, suddenly they are broke as hell. It’s not genuine anymore. Toxicity has spread a lot.
