Trending @Wipro; Honest opinion about WILP program

My thoughts on WILP program is just to exploit young talents where you don't get project according to your skillset instead they serve customer support 🥴. Curriculum is so offset , that they still teach 8086 processors And pay is just like 🥜🪰 , it's a bottleneck to survive with this money in place like pune & Bangalore

No I am working as a full stack java developer from the last 4 years. If you have a support project you definitely don't have any skills so you blame wipro for it.

True WILP/WASE is only to exploit young talent who are looking for a job the time-skill/pay tradeoff is not worth it for the kind of work they ask wilp/wase employees to do.
