Is anyone really happy in TCS Bangalore location?? 5 days RTO for 9 hours, traffic,Rent, low salary, Far away from family,--

Nope. And now it's just getting exhausting. I have been missing my lunch for a week now. Low salary, no increment, sleep deprived, overworked, stressed, unable to switch, no good food, no family. I can't do this anymore.

Happy , i worked for 5 years in last with year matching salary 1:1
Sir ratan tata came to my help it was forced resignation so I was out for 6 months

Really frustrating family of 6 members as a single earning member not able to survive. If Hybrid was there I can keep them in tier 2 city & travel. No it's getting problem & I resigned planning switch to tier 2 city where I own house with less salary, atleast I can manage & lead better life compare to bangalore

Yea they should thin about hybrid atleast.

I have lived in Bangalore for 2 years and then transferred to delhi. Luckily we don't have any odc in Delhi. So we got wfh.
Living in Bangalore is quite expensive that I know when I come to Delhi.

The only solution is to have payment fixed for each job. Each city and industry specific pay. Here everyone have different pay and no standard. Indian government should make pay standards equal for each industry.

Even people of higher tenure are not happy, if buttering is not your forte!
