I have recently switched projects but I have the same Home manager still. How does that work? How will she even review my performance. Do I need to request for a Home manager change

Your current project manager might be your new hcm or he)she will tell you to whom you have to make you hcm..which would be from same new project ... Just ask your current pm about this..
