ok so seeing the current situations, how many of u r relieved that u didnt take a home loan in the past years and chose to rent. A home loan in today's market with so much job certainty can be scary!

It’s honestly not. I pay an amount as EMI which my friends pay as their house rent. After a few years I’ll be an owner of a flat whole for my friends their rents keep increasing every two years by 10%.
