Home loan & EMI

I am having a home loan with the emi of 8k(10 lakh amonut remaining).

Now my parents wanted to buy another 2 home with emi for my brother. ( 2 1BHK)

Parents are asking me to take a new loan for 25 lakh for a new flat. One for me another one for my brother jointly ( 25 lakh loan on me and 20 lakh on brother?

I don't want to take another loan because I can't pay 35k as an emi out of 55k salary.

I am confused about how to handle this situation?
