TCS not giving holiday for Dussera and Diwali and giving holidays for Christmas. How come it is justified? What a worst company..!

Dussehra and Diwali falls already on Sat, Sun. How they can give extra leave then. Even if Christmas will fall anytime on weekend they will not give extra leave.

They count the total Holidays for a year, They remove the festivals which comes on Saturday and Sundays and give the holidays for the next priority festivals. You will have two flexi holidays, which you can apply between Jan to Dec.

TCS is good with respect to Holidays.
