Earned Leave: Which renews every year on 1st September.

Sick, Casual, Optional Leave ????
What is the renewal policy of these types of holidays? Is it 1st January every year or some other month?
Sick leaves and casual leaves gets expires in August. Earned leaves between 45-60 leaves gets lapsed in August(Depends on location) Check leave policies. Clear information is given.
All types of leaves are evaluated from sept to aug cycle.
Actually I got a hardlock mail...n I got into a project... after that nobody reached out to me..after 2 months some one said that I was rolled off from the project via teams chat ....I was not sure y?n i reached every single person nobody responding to this...n i contacted bench HR ...he said that u r tagged under a project, u just reach to project people, today my manger said she is trying to roll off me..but central team is not ready to release me to bench ...they said they can't release ASE to bench once they r locked....so my manger said to me she is helpless she can't do anything that I need to search project on my own...so here my question is if I'm tagged to a project how can I get another project calls?my profile shows that I'm tagged to a project, so for those people my profile won't show as I'm available.... could u plz solve this...if u have any idea abt this 😕
There are no sick leave as per my understanding we get 14 casual leaves. and 2 optional leaves
