Holding wings 1 digital rewards because RTO Non-compliant.

I completed my elevate wings in nov 23 cycle and selected for digital incentives. I. Got this news at 1st week of jan. Later feb and March passed compensation letter didn't came. I tried connecting with my TD and HR, since past month they are redirecting me back and fourth and today they called me on my personal number on call and told me because you're non compliant in RTO, WE are holding your letter. This attendance is taken from jan 1 2024 to March. I didn't went to office in jan. But I went in feb and March. Still they want 100% office attendance. Now they are telling me we will consider Next quarter RTO and then if you're complaint we will see what to do. I wasted my 1 year behind this so called wings1 and now when the time came for rewarding, they are pulling tricks like this. What should I do? I am really frustrated right now. After hearing their today's explanation
