Resign and start apply for other jobs. Yesterday I put my resignation because of this reason. I don't have enough money too but I eventually did it. I am improving my skills now. Just do it bro u will feel better and start applying job. By the way I have the same experience like you

Bro, you think about it if you stay here whether will ur salary or technical knowledge will improve and in turn that will help you future. Sometimes better to leave than to hold. I feel this way but you decide according to your family and financial situation. I quit it because from 4 years I don't see any Improvement in my salary or my skills here but I learnt what I want and I waited for good opportunities but I didn't get. But still I am still thankfulto TCS that gave me an opportunity but it's time to move on and try to look opportunities outside and grow and look after parents. I am not blaming anyone here just I am tired staying here for long time.
