Hmm how to avoid giving ai interview for every role in round1AI
Is there any way to avoid ai interview every time one applies for a role in round1AI. I see lot of good ai opportunities but giving ai interview again and again feels quite repetitive coz I am always asked about my previous experiences and there is nothing newer being asked. Kinda feels like a recorded one time interaction / transcription & analysis can be reused again.

Can you add RF/ research fellow / AI researcher kind of roles to grapevine’s “What do you do?” section ?
And clarify (either via DM or a short blog post) how Round1AI’s matching algorithm works and how much weight it actually carries when someone applies for a role? From what I’ve noticed, the match score seems to depend heavily on the role listed in your profile. For example, you can get a high match on certain AI positions if your profile says “MLE,” but the same roles show a low match if your profile is set to “Research Associate” or something similar. I’m also curious whether a low match score actually reduces your chances of getting considered. It doesn’t seem to matter much for SDE roles, but for AI/ML roles it feels misleading since your experience, projects, CV, etc. can compensate for a title mismatch.
