Trending @Cognizant; HM ego hurt. He may beat me on year end rating even if I change the project.
I was in a project for 2 years but I needed a location change which my HM did not provide then I contacted my HR and she connected with senior manager and provided the solution.
HM's ego got hurt and now questioning each and every work from me. Already he called and said he's no more approving anything from my end, discuss with HR.
I don't feel like to be in the project anymore. is it possible to change manager or report to higher authorities since he'll surely give 2 or 1 credit rating?
You can change hm from your end, but the new person will have to be ready.
You can request release from project that depends on your situation
Just I need to know if new HM or the old HM will be the person for credit rating ?
Change HM from onecogni but like already said need to have confirmation from another person
