Yes, for the employee himself they will deduct two installments for two months. Those two were 500 something each, which increased to this 1449 each.

I had a word with the insurer last year about the increase in the beneficiary amount, they gave me the reason 'due to market conditions we had to increase'

Apparently, TCS doesn't give us salary as per market conditions but we have to pay increased insurance Premium as per market conditions!
