HIS premium

Does TCS deduct insurance premium amount from employee salary even though they didn’t add their parents?

Yes, for the employee himself they will deduct two installments for two months. Those two were 500 something each, which increased to this 1449 each.

I had a word with the insurer last year about the increase in the beneficiary amount, they gave me the reason 'due to market conditions we had to increase'

Apparently, TCS doesn't give us salary as per market conditions but we have to pay increased insurance Premium as per market conditions!

As per new policy, 1449 for you, not for your parents.

Yes insurance is a part of your CTC. If you add your parents you will have to pay extra
