HIS policy
Iam getting emails to add beneficiaries if I go ahead and add the beneficiaries the amount will be deducted and what if I resign from the job ? What happens to the policy? Will I get the paid premium back or I can pay premium to the policy after I resign from TCS ?

@ShadowyFall4 if you opt to cover parents under HIS, you'll pay additional premium. So suppose after paying premium amount you leave TCS, then the pro rata amount will be returned back to you in your FnF (only if you choose not to continue with the policy for remaining year)
Corporate policies cease after your last working day, you can convert it to personal insurance by paying some more amount but make sure you intimate insurer in advance(15 days) before your exit. Generally premium comes under CTC so don't expect any payback.
