HIS Policy at TCS
I have covered my parents under a gold plan of TCS HIS premium scheme.
From the month of August, September, October... it's the 4th time in consecutive months that in November also, an amount of ₹3481 is deducted from my salary.
Can anyone tell me, how many times this amount will be deducted?
I have already read some policy on the MediBuddy portal, but I am unable to resolve my query. So, if you can suggest the path of any portal/document/ link and I can understand it better.
FYI... I am a fresher who joined TCS in April 2024, working as a full time employee now.
Please help with your suggestions!!!
Gold means 1844 + 1844 for 2 ppls , 8 times it will deduct, we can choose those tenure from gess. Another 2 months 1400 + 1400 smthg will deduct for floater. You can check it in gess for exact details. Max tenure is 10 months. Seems u chose this.
